You agree to use DarmalianStore only for lawful purposes. Prohibited content includes:

• Illegal or copyrighted material you don't own
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Extremist or violent content
• Personal information of others without consent

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• Maintaining a valid email address
• All activity under your account

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with notice when possible.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for extended inactivity. You can delete your account anytime by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

DarmalianStore is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss — please maintain backups of important files.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
